Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to anglers worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues
Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
Missing Package: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and building reception first. Then contact us—we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Wrong Items: Received something different than ordered? Contact us right away and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
