Parachute Green Drake
The faithful parachute, great for rougher waters, low light, and those of us with just bad eye sight. Parachutes have long been a favorite of dry fly fisherman. This variation works well in green drake hatches, with colors that compliment those bugs well. We like fishing bigger parachutes like this in tandem with smaller flies not so easily seen. Throw this guy with a smaller dry roughly 18 inches behind, if you see a fish jump just behind the "sighter" fly chances are it was after your smaller bug.
