Not really a fly designed to mimic any one mayfly hatch, more of a general purpose pattern when drakes are out. We like the parachute on this bug making it highly visible on the water. A curved hook allows the hook point to sit a bit lower in the water than tradition dry fly hooks, which should translate to more hooked fish.
