March Brown CDC Emerger

Not always on the water, but when they are the fish are always biting. Emerger patterns are great for the time of day when the hatch hasn't yet started yet, but you can feel it come. Dressed with CDC this pattern will float with the body just partially covered by the water. Giving it the appearance of a insect about to get out of the water and into the air. Also giving the fish that feeling of it better strike now or it won't get it at all. Rithrogena Germanica, Stenonema Vicarium, Rhithrogena morrisoni, are all insects commonly referred to as March Browns.
